Step 1

Combine all the meatball ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 2

Scoop out the meatballs and place on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Bake the meatballs and then toss them into the Crock Pot.

Step 4

Add the homemade buffalo sauce and set to warm.

Step 5

Serve with blue cheese and ranch dressing.

-Add more tapioca if the meatballs don't hold their shape. -Do not put raw meatballs in your Crock Pot. -Add more sauce as needed.  -Set out skewers for easy serving.

-Place leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.  -Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
