Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces pisco or other brandy
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon simple syrup or to taste
  • 1 egg white lightly beaten

Method
 

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients and shake vigorously until well combined and chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass and serve immediately. Garnish with the lime slice, if desired.
