Homemade Caesar dressing with mayo is a creamy and flavorful addition that makes any salad taste amazing. Just mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and anchovies for a perfect balance of tangy and savory goodness. It's super easy to whip up and way better than anything you can buy at the store.

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon anchovy paste
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon dijon mustard, not yellow mustard
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
4-5 garlic cloves
3 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and whisk until fully combined.
Store in a jar or dressing bottle in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Notes

Adjust the seasoning based on your taste. Anchovies and parmesan cheese are very salty on their own so only adjust the seasoning after you make it.

If your dressing is TOO thick, add some water! It's an easy and effective way to thin out the dressing and make it "pourable"drizzleable".'

I suggest making this at least a few hours in advance to give the flavors time to get to know eachother, especially the garlic.
