Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix well.
Fill a cast iron dish or small baking dish with the mixture and flatten the top.
Bake covered with foil for approximately 20 minutes or until it's warmed through and then remove foil for the last 10 to brown the top a bit. Other option: You can set it under the broiler to finish it off if you prefer.
Serve hot with crackers, celery, carrots, corn chips and/or tortilla chips.
