This Frito corn dip with cream cheese is a delicious and creamy appetizer that is perfect for parties, potlucks, game day or any gathering where you want to impress your guests with a tasty snack.
Saute your bacon until brown and crispy. Let cool and chop into bits. Set aside.
Cream together your cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl using a hand mixer or a silicone spatula.
Add in your peppers, onions, spices, corn, bacon, salt and pepper and mix well.
Add to a shallow dip bowl and chill until ready to serve. Serve with Frito scoops.

More Tips
Make your corn dip at least a few hours in advance to give the flavors time to get to know eachother.
Serving the dip straight out of the fridge will have a thicker, stiffer consistency. Allowing it to sit for 30 minutes or so will allow it to be more "dippable".
Serve your dip with a spoon to allow guests to scoop some onto a dish themselves.
