A delicously refreshing, fruity shot that goes down way too easy! Make a batch and chill it in the fridge if you're throwing a party!

Ingredients
- 1¼ oz Jameson Irish whiskey
- ¾ oz Peach Schnapps
- ¾ oz sweet & sour mix (Lemon + Lime Juice + Sugar/Honey)
- ½ oz Sprite *optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with lots of ice and shake well for 15-20 seconds.
- Strain into chilled shot glasses and garnish with a lime/lemon wedge.
Notes
*Note: This shot is a wee bit stronger and a wee less sweet than the others online. Typically, a green tea shot is equal parts whiskey, schnapps and sour mix but for me, it's a bit on the sweet side so I increased the whiskey. Feel free to play around with the ratios to your liking.
If you dont have sweet & sour mix, you can easily make your own. Just add equal parts lemon juice + lime juice + simple syrup.
If you don't have simple syrup, just add in a pinch of honey/agave/sugar.
Feel free to use any whiskey if you don't have Jameson.
