Honey Lime Dressing
3
tablespoon
honey
2
tablespoon
lime juice
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
pinch sea salt
handful
fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
Instructions
Add all of your chopped fruit to a large bowl.
Whisk together the honey, lime juice, vanilla extract and sea salt in a small bowl until the honey is dissolved.
Pour the dressing over the fruit salad. Toss with the mint and serve chilled.
