These Hot Honey Wings are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in a sweet-spicy hot honey glaze. Serve them with ranch for a cool, creamy contrast.

½tablespoonapple cider vinegar
¼teaspoonsalt

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Pat the chicken wings thoroughly dry.
Whisk all dry-rub ingredients together in a bowl, then coat the wings thoroughly.
Lightly oil a baking sheet. Arrange the wings apart so they bake evenly and cook for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine all hot honey sauce ingredients in a saucepan and simmer gently over low heat for 5 minutes.
Flip the wings and bake for another 15 minutes.
After 30 minutes total baking time, toss the wings gently with half of the hot honey sauce.
Return the wings to the oven for another 10 minutes, until the skin is crisp. Poultry is food-safe at 165°F; the chef’s preferred endpoint is about 180°F for the finished texture.
Transfer to a serving platter. Drizzle with extra sauce or serve it on the side. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with ranch if desired.
