A Lavender Martini Cocktail just in time for spring or summer! Floral with a vibrant purple hue, this cocktail will wow your guests every single time. It's made with an easy homemade lavender syrup, lemon juice, gin and some bubbly. Swap out the liquor for any clear spirit you like!
Simmer lavender, sugar and water in a saucepan for 15 minutes and let cool. *Store in the fridge for 7-10 days in an airtight container.
Add ½ oz of cooled lavender syrup, the gin, lemon juice, and food coloring to a shaker with ice. Leave out the champagne.
Shake for 10-20 seconds and strain ¾ of the way high. Top with 2 ounces champagne.
Garnish with a rinsed, culinary-grade lavender sprig and lemon peel and serve chilled!
