7 Peach Schnapps Drinks (Peach Julep)

A peach julep is a fun spin on the classic mint julep but made with peach juice and peach schnapps. It's sweeter, fruitier and so delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 10-14 whole fresh mint leaves plus some for garnish
  • 1 ½ cups peach juice
  • 2 ounces peach schnapps
  • ½ cup bourbon
  • 12 ounces soda water
  • crushed ice

Equipment

  • 1 pitcher

Method
 

  1. Add the mint leaves and some crushed ice to a large pitcher.
  2. Use a wooden spoon to muddle/smash the mint leaves with the ice until bruised.
  3. Stir in peach juice, peach schnapps, club soda, and bourbon and mix well.
  4. Add ice if serving right away or add ice to glasses before serving. Garnish with a peach slice and mint leaves!

Notes

  • Feel free to use less mint or more schnapps depending on your taste. You can swap the bourbon for any liquor you prefer.
  • Wait until last minute to add ice.
  • Serve with a straw!
