Instructions
Add all ingredients to a crock pot set over low heat.
Heat for 90 minutes with lid on, stirring after every 30 minutes or so.
After 90 minutes, give the mixture a few more good stirs and transfer large spoonfuls to a parchment lined baking sheet in small mounds.*If the mixture pools on parchment paper rather than piling, allow the mixture to cool a bit before scooping so it can pile higher.
Candy clusters will take about 1 hour to fully harden at room temperature. You can add them to the fridge to speed this up. Store in an airtight container.
