Marshmallow Spiderweb Black Cosmo

A spooky Black Cosmo finished with an edible marshmallow spiderweb for Halloween.

Ingredients
- ¾ ounce black vodka or clear vodka colored black
- ¾ ounce Cointreau
- ½ ounce Chambord
- 1½ ounces cranberry pomegranate juice
- ½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- mini marshmallows a small handful, for the spiderweb
Instructions
- Add the vodka, Cointreau, Chambord, cranberry pomegranate juice and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 10–20 seconds, until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
- Microwave the marshmallows in short bursts, just until soft and stretchy. Let them cool briefly before handling.
- With slightly damp fingertips, pull small amounts of marshmallow into thin strands and stretch them across the rim of the glass in several directions to create a spiderweb. Add an optional spider decoration outside the drink and serve immediately.
Notes
Spiderweb tip: Use very small amounts of softened marshmallow and stretch them as thinly as possible. Melted marshmallow can be hot, so let it cool enough to handle safely.
