Unroll your crescent dough and using a pizza cutter or large knife, cut the dough into ¼ inch wide strips lengthwise.
Wrap the strips of dough around the hot dogs like bandages on a mummy. They should overlap but still showcase the hot dog inside!
Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes or until the pastry in cooked through and golden brown.
Skewer onto wooden skewers and add candy eyes using ketchup or mustard to hold them in place.
Notes
Skeweres are options but a fun way to serve them. I suggest sticking the skewers inside a styrofoam cube or ball like this one. Insert in a large bowl and cover with moss or spooky fabric.
