This pineapple paradise cocktail is my go-to drink to serve when entertaining at home. It's best served in the warmer weather with lots of ice!

Ingredients
- 32 oz pineapple juice
- 8 oz coconut rum
- 8 oz coconut water
- 4 oz dark spiced rum
- 4 oz lime juice
- ice for serving
- pineapple for garnishing
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a pitcher that is at least 57 ounces.
- This cocktail can be stored for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
- When you're ready to serve, add lots of ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge. Sip with a straw and enjoy!
Notes
Yield: About 8-10 people depending on the size of the glass.
This drink can be doubled or tripled to serve a larger crowd!
Don't add ice until you serve so you do not water it down.
