This Pumpkin Pie Martini is made with Rumchata and is creamy, not too sweet perfectly strong. It's perfect to serve to guests at Thanksgiving or any autumn or winter holiday party this year!
Add caramel and graham cracker crumbs onto plates. Dip rim of martini glass in caramel sauce and then into the graham cracker crumbs.Chill glass in freezer for 10-20 minutes.
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-20 seconds.
Pour into 4 oz. martini glass and serve!
Garnish Options: Cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon stick, and/or a dollop of freshly whipped cream.

Substitutions
Feel free to swap out the flavored vodka for plain vodka if you wish.
Use dark spiced rum instead of vodka for a deeper flavor.
Add ½ oz of cream if you want it creamier.
Use Bailey's, Tequila Rose, Amarula or Bourbon cream instead of RumChata if you like!
