🎃 Why I LOVE This Martini
This pumpkin martini is the ultimate fancy dessert cocktail!
I'm obsessed at how creamy, smooth and well balanced it is.
I prefer to sip it after dinner by a cozy fire. The combination of pumpkin spices, maple syrup and Rumchata deliver all those classic pumpkin pie flavors that we all crave.
I use vanilla vodka in this martini because Rumchata is not very strong and martini's ARE meant to be stronger cocktails. It also helps to thin out the puree a bit so it's not so thick.

🛒 Ingredients
Martini:
- Pumpkin pie puree: Make sure to use canned pumpkin puree with just pumpkin. Not pumpkin pie filling which is already sweetened and spiced.
- Vanilla or whipped cream vodka: Both are delicious and reminiscent of pumpkin pie. Use what you have on hand!
- RumChata cream liqueur: Rumchata is the brand name and is my go-to dessert liquer. It is delicious and not too strong.
- Pumpkin pie spice- You can purchase pre-made pumpkin pie spice in your spice aisle or make your own at home!
- Maple syrup- Maple syrup adds a deeper, richer flavor while sweetening the martini. I don't recommend using simple syrup since the molasses flavor will be missed.
Rim:
- Caramel Sauce- Check the ice cream aisle for a bottle of Smuckers caramel syrup (or any brand). It is delicious AND thick enough to not allow the graham cracker crumbs to drip down the martini glass.
- Graham Cracker Crumbs- Use a food processor and puree a few graham crackers for a tasty addition.
Garnish:
- Freshly whipped cream- Just whip ยผ cup of heavy cream with 1 tbsp. powdered sugar on high in a mixer for about a minute or so. Top with a dollop. OR add my a dollop of bourbon flavored whipped cream!
- Cinnamon stick- Garnish with whole cinnamon sticks if you wish.

Vodka Flavor Variations
You can use any flavored vodka you like best! Here are some ideas...
- Vanilla- Any brand you like. Absolut and Smirnoff both have one.
- Whipped Cream- Pinnacle brand has a great one. If you love whipped cream, try my Scooby Doo Shot!
- Pumpkin Pie Spice- Yes this does exist but it's hard to find. If using, I would cut back on the spices.
