Add together ALL ingredients including whipped cream to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake 10-15 seconds and strain into tallo shot glass.
Garnish with more whipped cream and serve!
Notes
If you want to leave out the banana liqueur you can.
I suggest whipping your own homemade whipped cream. It takes 2-3 minutes, is much less sweet and will last on top of the drink much MUCH longer than the canned stuff.
If you wish to make this a drink, use these ratios:
2 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. coconut rum
1 oz. midori melon
1 oz. creme de banana
1 oz. whipped cream
Add to a shaker with ice, shake well and strain into a glass with ice!
