I love serving crostini to guests especially when it's this beautiful! This is my go to appetier during the spring or summer months paired with a cold glass of wine.
*I suggest preparing this crostini 1-3 hours in advance. More than that, and the bread may go stale.
Crostini Tips
☑️ Use a fresh baguette that is no wider than 3".☑️ Make sure to cut your crostini thin but not too thin.☑️ Season the bread with olive oil, salt and pepper. Garlic is optional.☑️ Toast the bread until it's golden brown, not burnt.Try my Caprese Crostini if you love mozzarella and basil! :)
