You have to agree..anything served on a stick is immediately 10x more fun right? These mini burger skewers are bunless burgers on a toothpick. It's the kind of party appetizer that gets people talking and asking, “Wait, did you make these?!” 😉
And yes. Yes you did.
They’re basically bunless sliders stacked on little burger toothpicks, with melty cheese, juicy beef, crisp lettuce, and a tangy pickle on top..because you know I would never skip the pickle. Ever.
Why I'm Obsessed with These Burger Skewers
You don’t need to fire up the grill or worse, be in charge of manning a smoky grill while hosting guests. These little cuties bake in the oven (hands off, thank you very much), which means more time for you to do literally anything else. Like finishing that extra coat of mascara. Or pouring yourself a drink!
They’re also super easy to prep in big batches. So if you’re feeding a crowd, or just people who eat like one, you’re covered.
And the sauce? It’s one of those “secret sauces” you’ll end up putting on everything. Think McDonald’s Big Mac sauce but homemade and way better.
Burger Toothpicks Are a Whole Vibe
Food served sticks is scientifically more delicious. Listen..I don’t make the rules here. There’s just something satisfying about grabbing a burger skewer, dunking it in sauce, and popping it in your mouth like it’s no big deal.

They’re also surprisingly pretty. The little layers of tomato, lettuce, and pickle give you that pop of color that makes a platter look like you actually tried, even if you didn’t.
Hosting Hack: Make-Ahead Friendly
I love these for entertaining because they can be mostly prepped ahead of time. You can cook the patties, whip up the sauce, and have all your toppings ready to go. Then it’s just assemble, drizzle, and serve. And if you’re really trying to impress, serve them standing upright—just skewer the burger first so it balances better. Guests go wild for the “standing burger” look.
Whether you’re hosting game night, a backyard BBQ, or a Friday night hang with friends who always show up hungry, these burgers on a stick are a guaranteed hit. No stress, no grill, and NO gluten either!
Burger Sauce
This burger sauce is one of my FAVORITE sauces. It reminds me of the Big Mac sauce from McDonald's. I literally can slather it on anything, dip chicken in it, fries, you name it.

I love this idea Aleka!! As far as I'm concerned anytime there is butter or sauce involved the burger (in this instance) is purely a vehicle to get the yummy sauce into my belly!!
