How to Make Meatball Biscuit Cups:
- Heat Things Up: Preheat your oven to 375°F so it’s ready to go.
- Prep the Biscuits: Pop open the biscuit can and separate the dough. Flatten each biscuit a bit with your hands to make a little disc. Then use a round cookie cutter to cut the dough into smaller rounds. Add to each muffin tin so the dough slightly overlaps.
- Build Your Cups: Then layer cheese on the bottom, followed by the meatballs, sauce and then more cheese.
- Bake: Slide the muffin tin into your preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Enjoy: Let the cups cool for a few minutes (if you can wait that long), then dig in! Garnish with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese. They’re perfect for dipping in extra marinara or just enjoying on their own.
Fun Tips & Tweaks
- Homemade Meatballs: Whip up your own mini meatballs with ground beef, breadcrumbs, an egg, and your favorite seasonings.
- Veggie Boost: Want to sneak in some veggies? Add a slice of bell pepper or a bit of spinach under the meatballs.
- Cheese Swap: Switch things up by using cheddar, provolone, monterey jack or whatever cheese you love.
These Meatball Biscuit Cups are a total win. They’re easy to make, super tasty, and perfect for just about any get-together. Try them out, and watch how fast they disappear—trust me, they won’t last long.

Recipe Notes
Yield: 16 mini stuffed biscuits
The exact amount of cheese and sauce you add to each tin does not matter. As long as it's not overflowing too much.
I use these when cutting my rounds.
To bake these in advance, assemble them and let them sit in the fridge. Then bake them when your guests arrive.
