Recipe Notes
- WAIT to add the soda water & ice until guests arrive to maintain the bubbly effervescence of this cocktail. I always serve ice on the side so I do not water down the drink.
- Chill the pitcher for at least an hour before serving or make sure your limoncello, club soda and vodka are VERY cold before mixing.
- Serve this cocktail in large goblet-type glasses or larger wine glasses. A straw is highly recommended for sipping.
