Limoncello Spritz is an Italian cocktail is made with prosecco, limoncello, vodka and sparkling water. It's perfect for sipping on a hot day in the summertime!

On my honeymoon, we visited the Amalfi Coast in Italy (where Limoncello is made), so I used the one we bought there to make my Limoncello spritz!
I just love how light, bubbly, and refreshing. I love that it can be made in bulk (pitcher) to serve guests.
My Alcohol-Free Aperol Spritz or my Strawberry Basil Lemonade are also great drinks to serve to those not "drinking".

Ingredient Notes
- Limoncello: You'll want to use a high-quality store-bought limoncello for the best flavor. Or make your own limoncello!
- Vodka: Be sure to use any good quality vodka. You could also try some citrus vodka.
- Prosecco: I love using a good dry champagne for this.
- Sparkling Water: LaCroix makes a LimonCello flavor that would be perfect for this recipe, but you can use any sparkling water that you like.
- Lemon Slices: For garnish. (Completely optional).

Notes
- WAIT to add the soda water & ice until guests arrive to maintain the bubbly effervescence of this cocktail. I always serve ice on the side so I do not water down the drink.
- Chill the pitcher for at least an hour before serving or make sure your limoncello, club soda and vodka are VERY cold before mixing.
- Serve this cocktail in large goblet-type glasses or larger wine glasses. A straw is highly recommended for sipping.
