This beautiful pink vodka cocktail is not only pretty but it's SO delicious! Made with vanilla vodka, lemon juice, and white cranberry/strawberry juice, it’s slightly sweet, a bit tart and just strong enough. Perfect for a Valentine’s or Galentine’s Day party!
Whether you’re celebrating with your sweetheart or your besties, this cocktail will be a hit. Plus, it’s super easy to make and so pretty like my Pink Rosé Sangria and my Paper Plane Cocktail.
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 2 oz vodka (your favorite brand!)
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 oz Ocean Spray White Cran-Strawberry Juice
- Ice cubes
- Optional garnishes: fresh strawberries, lemon slices, or a sugar rim
How to Make It:
- Prep Your Glass: If you’re feeling fancy and like it sweet, rim your glass with sugar by rubbing a lemon wedge around the rim and dipping it into sugar for a sparkling touch.
- Shake It Up: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, lemon juice, and Ocean Spray's White Cran-Strawberry Juice. Shake it like you mean it until everything is well chilled.
- Pour and Serve: Strain the cocktail into your prepared glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish: Add a fresh strawberry or a thin lemon slice to the rim for a gorgeous finishing touch. You can also float a strawberry slice in the drink for extra flair.
