    Ingredients

    • 14 oz. kielbasa sausage
    • â…” cup BBQ Sauce
    • 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapples
    • 1 sheet puff pastry dough (about 8 ounces)
    • 1 large egg + 1 tablespoon water
    • 1-2 tbsps everything bagel seasoning

    Instructions

    • Cut kielbasa into ¾ - 1" slices.
    • Add kielbasa, pineapples and bbq sauce to a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until kielbasa is warmed through.
    • In the meantime lay out thawed puff pastry dough and brush egg wash over top.
    • Cut out stars using a star cookie cutter and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over top.

    Recipe Notes

These kielbasa can be made the night before and warmed up the next day. The stars are better when they are fresh however you can cut them in advance and bake them last minute.
This recipe is meant to be eaten as either a mini "sandwich" by wrapping the star around the kielbasa but guests can use the star to dip into the sauce if they wish.
