If you love pumpkin pie, then this Pumpkin Fluff Dip is for you! It's made with cream cheese, real pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and real cream, no cool whip here! It's a delicioius sweet pumpkin dip to serve this fall!
Whether you're having a Thanksgiving dinner, Halloween party, or casual fall get-together, this pumpkin dip is perfect! (So is my Savory Pumpkin Hummus.) Plus, it can be ready in less than 5 minutes!
How This Pumpkin Fluff Is Different
- It's made WITHOUT Cool Whip and without pudding!
- It's made WITH cream cheese to give it a pumpkin cheesecake flavor and creamy consistency.
- You can control the sugar/sweetness because you are making your own freshly whipped cream (which takes 1 minute).
- It uses real pumpkin puree so you know you're getting the real thing.

🛒 Ingredients
- Canned Pumpkin Puree- Make sure you do NOT grab the pumpkin pie filling. That is to use for pies and has added sugars and spices.
- Whipping Cream- We will be whipping up our own 1 minute whipped cream and controlling the sweetness.
- Pumpkin Pie Spice- This is a pantry staple this time of year. You can make your own spice using cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, all spice, and clove!
- Cream Cheese- This is what's going to give it the creamy cheesecake-like flavor. You can use fat free if you wish.
- Powdered Sugar- Everyone wants a different sweetness level when it comes to desserts so you can add as much sugar or as little as you want to make the perfect pumpkin fluff dip.
🎃 Festive Serving Tips
Option #1: Make A Pumpkin Bowl Using A Real Pumpkin
Try serving your pumpkin dip in an actual PUMPKIN for an added 'WOW' factor! Here is a video that shows you how to clean out a pumpkin if you want to serve the dip inside one. Just make sure to get yourself a SMALL pumpkin if you want to use it to hold this dip.

Option #2: Use A Ceramic Pumpkin Bowl
I have a FEW of this around the house that I use for many things this time of year. (I always find them at Target for less than $5.00 around fall.) I will put candy in them, cookies, or DIPS! It is beautiful and a lot quicker than cleaning a real pumpkin out.
These babies are also the perfect vessel for taking dips to parties! Just scoop the dip inside, cover with the lid and use a large rubber band to keep the lid closed! Then tell the host or hostess they can keep the pumpkin at a thank you gift!
If you want to add a creamy element, serve a bowl of my boozy bourbon whipped cream for those who don't mind dairy!
Dipper Ideas
This dip is tastiest served with gingersnap cookies. But if you want other ideas, here are other dippers you can have fun with!
- Vanilla Wafers
- Graham Crackers (honey or cinnamon)
- Apple Slices (Red or Green)
- Pear Slices
- Sugar Cookies
- Pie Chips

- Pretzels
- Biscoff Cookies

Pumpkin Fluff Dip With Cream Cheese
Ingredients
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar (*see note)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 8 oz. pumpkin puree ((not pumpkin pie filling))

Instructions
- Add whipping cream to a bowl and whisk well on medium speed for about 45-60 seconds or until the cream thickens up a bit. You want a looser whipped cream so it still falls off the spoon, not a stiff whipped cream. I suggest a hand beater or whisk attachment for this.
- Scoop whipped cream in a separate bowl. (No need to clean out bowl but swap out your attachment for a paddle if using.)
- In the same bowl, add in your cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice. Cream together this mixture until all lumps are gone.
- When smooth and creamy, add in your pumpkin pie puree and whipped cream. Mix on slow speed until everything is incorporated.
- Transfer fluff dip into a bowl or pumpkin (like in the photos above) and serve with chips of choice.
