Easter is around the corner and one of my favorite holidays! I always feel like the dessert table is overcrowded with cute desserts but the APPETIZER table is usually lacking in festivity.
So why not add a huge charcuterie board to the table? I love making them. My Greek Meze Board is my favorite!
It's super convenient when hosting guests not only because of how impressive it is but also because it can be assembled hours ahead of time and stored in the fridge until everyone is ready.
Spring is all about fresh fruits, veggies, flowers and EASTER so why not incorporate all of that delightfulness into one amazing board?
This Easter appetizer board is definitely something you need to make this year. It's festive, bright, cheerful and TASTY!

Other Ways To Incorporate Easter Into Your Board
- FLOWERS! These days, you can find flowers in any color. I used daisys and babies breath for a pretty spring touch.
- EASTER CANDY! Starting in March, there are many different types of Easter candy available in the store. Look for pastel coated chocolates since chocolate goes well with cheese and fruit!
- If you can find an Easter bunny bowl to serve the candy in, even better!
- Use a bunny cookie cutter and cut out bunny ears with pita bread!
Dyed Hard Boiled Eggs
Hard boiled eggs go very well with cheeses and meats! A fun trick is to dye your eggs purple, pink, blue, any pastel color to make them pop on your charcuterie board.
If you want to turn them into dyed DEVILED eggs, even better!
Easter Dips and Spreads To Include
The best dips to add to a Spring charcuterie board are:
- Tzatziki- It’s a light cucumber dip that can be homemade or store-bought. It goes with almost every veggie.
- Hummus- A beet hummus would be a beautiful addition but classic hummus is perfect for spring time.
- Apricot spread- I used a hot pepper apricot spread that goes well with cheeses and meats.
- Feta dip style="font-weight: 400;"> -This dip is a deliciously easy spread that I love with bread.
- Roasted eggplant spread- I love this dip. It is fresh, super healthy and simple.
Assembly Tips
- Don’t feel the need to bunch all of your items in one spot. Split the larger or more coloring foods into two.
- Don’t add foods with the same colors directly next to eachother.
- Stay away from darker items. Deli meats like pepperoni, salami, proscuitto, etc. are usually darker so use them sparingly.
- Cut your cheeses in squares then diagnonally in triangles so you have a fun cheese pattern that draws in the eye.
- Fold any meats in half then half again and lay them next to eahother to form a meat “river”.
- Try to find a charcuterie board with a slight edge to hold everything inside. Handles are also very convenient!
Serve this at your next blind wine tasting party!
