Chambord is one of my favorite liqueurs to add to cocktails. This French liqueur is cognac based and tastes like raspberries. It's the perfect thing to add to your summer cocktail rotation, as its berry taste is just the right vibe for warmer weather.

Here are some of the tastiest Chambord cocktails you might want to mix up at your next cocktail party!

    Sparkling Raspberry Gin and Tonic

A purple cocktail garnished with a flower and lemon on a white marble table.

This cocktail is a fruity twist on a classic Gin and Tonic.

    🍸For this cocktail you'll need:

✔️2 ounces of Gin (whichever you choose!)

    ✔️1 ounce Chambord

    ✔️4-6 ounces of Tonic Water

✔️Lime wedges and Raspberries to garnish

    Instructions:

    1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, then add gin, Chambord and tonic.
    2. Stir (lightly! that tonic will fall flat if you mix it too much!)
    3. Garnish, and enjoy!

    Raspberry Spritzer

Raspberry wine spritzer in a wine glass with orange slice and straw.

    🍸For this cocktail you'll need:

✔️¾ cup of white wine. (I recommend using a white wine that is very dry to off balance the sweet and strong Chambord taste.)

✔️½ ounce of Chamboard (a little bit goes a long way!)

    ✔️¼ cup of club soda

    Instructions:

    1. Start with the crisp white wine, and add the Chambord.
    2. Fill your glass with club soda.
    3. Garnish with your lemon wedge and enjoy!

*hint* You can place the wine and the club soda into the freezer for about 20 minutes before serving to make this drink as cold as possible!

    Kir Royale

    Kir royale cocktail with raspberries.

Sparkling wine is delicious on it's own, but even better if you add just a splash of Chambord to it!

    What you'll need:

✔️¾ a glass of sparkling wine. (We would use the driest sparkling wine possible)

    ✔️Splash of Chambord

    ✔️Lemo wedge for garnish

    Instructions:

Pour your sparkling wine into a chapagne flute about ¾ of the way up.

Add a splash of Chambord for gorgeous color and a fruity addition to your sparkling wine. ( A little goes a long way!)

    Garnish with a lemon wedge.

    Chambord Martini

    Chambord martini on table.

Add raspberry liqueur for a perfect twist on a classic cocktail.

    You need:

    1. Pour ice, Chambord, vodka (or gin) with pineapple juice into a shaker.
    2. Shake it well for 15-20 seconds.
    3. Strain over ice into a martini glass.
    4. Top with raspberry or a lemon twist.

    Raspberry Margarita

Raspberry margarita with lime and salt rim.

No matter the occasion, a margarita just has a celebratory feel to it. From vacations, to Taco Tuesdays any kind of marg is my kind of marg.

    What you'll need:

    ✔️1.5 tequila (a Blanca tequila)

    ✔️1 ounce lime juice

    ✔️1 ounce Chambord

    ✔️½ ounces Cointreau

    Instructions:

    1. Rim the glass with sugar. (If you're feeling crazy, you can even crush some raspberries and add them to the rim.)
    2. Add tequila, lime juice, Chambord, Cointreau to a shaker with ice.
    3. Strain into a rimmed glass, and garnish with lime or raspberries!

    Raspberry Mojito

    Raspberry mojito cocktail.

Raspberries and mint go so well together that this one seems to make complete sense.

    What you'll need:

    ✔️12 fresh mint leaves

    ✔️2 ounces of rum

    ✔️½ ounce Chambord

✔️1 ounce lime juice (fresh is best!)

✔️¼ ounce of sugar syrup (You can make this yourself or buy it pre-prepared!)

    Instructions:

    1. Lightly muddle the mint in the bottom of a tall glass.
    2. Add the rum, Chambord, lime juice and sugar syrup to the same glass.
    3. Fill the liquid with crushed ice.
    4. Mix together with a spoon, and add more crushed ice until it is glass level.

    Chocolatey Chambord Cocktails

    Chocolate martini cocktails.

Who would I be if I didn't address the (chocolate) elephant in the room? Raspberries go incredibly well with chocolate so naturally Chambord will make a delicious addition to these popular sweet cocktails.

    Chocolate Raspberry Martini

If this chocolate martini doesn't make you feel blissful, nothing will.

    3. Strain the cocktail into a prepared glass, and garnish if you want to!

*hint* You can rim this glass to give your martini a bit more flavor. Do this before you add the cocktail to the glass. This martini would be so good in a glass rimmed with sugar, cocoa or melted chocolate!
